Refund Policy:
For damaged items, evidence with photos of the packaging before opening the box and also another photo with its major damage is required to process the refund. Photos and a return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
For claims for lost or undelivered shipments, you must file a claim within 56 days of the ship date and submit supporting documentation to the transportation supplier.
Lost and found may be out of stock at the time of purchase, and if part of your order hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, you can submit a refund request and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Items from a collection work "ORIGINAL WORKS OF THE CERTIFIED PAINTER" and "SALE: LOVE OF ART" offers are final sale and non-refundable.
New orders are not refundable on items that have been previously purchased.
